Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5am-6am
Monday and Friday at 6am-7am
Monday through Friday at 7am-8am
Monday through Friday at 9am-10am
Monday through Friday at 12pm-1pm
Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6pm-7pm
Saturday at 8am-9am
Saturday at 10am-11am
 
 
Option 1: Recurring Monthly Payment
Commitment of up to 2 Sessions per Week:              $299 per Month
Commitment of up to 3 Sessions per Week:              $399 per Month
Commitment of up to 5 Sessions per Week:              $499 per Month
 

Option 2: Packages

Sessions purchased in Package A:  10 sessions for $450          

Sessions purchased in Package B:  20 Sessions for $800

 

  • Sessions will meet at the Tikey Health Personal Training Studio in Scottsdale, for directions go to the LOCATIONS page, click HERE

  • This training program is a variation of Andrew's 60-Day Fitness Intensive Program and is similar to the Program utilized for my "LOSE BIG to WIN BIG" contestants.

  • This fitness program can be called a combination of Personal Training, Fitness Boot Camp, mixed along with the Accountability that I provide for all of my clients with serious fitness goals.
  • Groups average in Size from 2-5 People per session. Sessions are possible to be One-on-One depending on Scheduling. "Unlimited" sessions is defined by as many 5 sessions per week.
  • Sessions are based on the workout for that day and may range in time from 40-60 minutes.
  • This is a Truly Effective Weight Loss and Fitness Improvement Program
  • There are NO Drastic Measures and NO Huge Calorie Restrictions.
  • YOU will learn Proper Fitness and Nutrition Principles to truly Acheive the RESULTS that YOU Want!!!
