This Month Andrew is demonstrating for the Arizona Golf Association members ankle mobility drills, which can be a great addition as a warm-up to either a workout, practice, or round of golf. Mobilizing your ankles is important because it is your connection to the ground with your feet. As strong and as fit as you might get, if your ankles cant handle the force that you are able to create, you are going to lose some power. I am going to show you some drills with a mobility stick and a golf club.
