“Ignite Your Drive” Golf Performance Program Results

The 21 Day Ignite Your Drive Golf Performance Program results are in!  Of the 12 Ignite Your Drive participants that completed the program we have an average gain of 34 yards with their 5 Iron and average gain of 22 yards with their Driver.  These participants completed 21 daily workouts sent to them via email and/or did in studio sessions. We measured yardage distance by using a HD indoor simulator provided by The Golf Tank.  The initial measurement was done April 3rd and the Final measurement was done April 24th, exactly 21 days. Fitness By Andrew would like to present our new “Client of the Month” program!  We are excited to announce that Dale May is our Client of the Month for January 2014!  Dale comes in 5 days a week at 5:30AM with no excuses.  She always shows up to the studio bright and early and ready to work.  She never gives excuses and goes hard during every workout she does.  Dale has dropped 23lbs and 10% body fat since she started training with Fitness By Andrew!  She always has a smile on her face even when her body is burning!  Congratulations Dale!
