My name’s Andrew Bradford and I’ve been working out with Andrew for about 2 months. The greatest increase in my game has been club head speed, probably about 10 miles and hour. A lot more stability, especially in the hips.

I’d recommend pretty much anyone who’s wants to get serious about their golf game or just improve in fitness, really. It’s been really good.
