The Towel Workout:
You just need Two (2) Workout Towels and a Smooth Floor
These exercise are for those that are Intermediate to Advanced Exercisers
Try to do 2-3 Sets of 10 reps per Each Movement.
The BlackJack Workout
(5 Minutes: 5 Sets with 21 Reps Each)
The BlackJack Workout: Five Sets should be done within 5 minutes. The sequence is 1st Minute: 20 Pushups-1 Situp, 2nd Minute: 15 Pushups-6 Situps, 3rd Minute: 10 Pushups-11,Situps, 4th Minute: 5 Pushups-16 Situps, and Last Minute: 1 Pushups-20 Situps. If you have more time then try Two sets of this Workout with a 5 minute Rest between Sets. In the video is Andrew, Fitness By Andrew LLC, performing a 2nd round of 5 minutes. In 15 minutes you should have done 102 Pushups and 102 Situps.

Resisting Partner Pushup
Fantastic Exercise to Overload the Chest and Core
Pushups with a training partner leaning their body weight into one side of the other. Works the Chest, Arms and Core much more than a regular pushup. Here Andrew is leaning into Mike aka "Baywatch" while performs 10 pushups with resistance on each side for 5 reps.

Circular Swings
A Great Warmup Exercise that pretty much gets everything!!
The Circular Swing is a Fantastic Total Body Exercise utilizing the entire body. It is demonstrated in the video using a kettlebell but, variations of this exercises can be performed with a medicine ball, stability ball, and/or a dumbbell. I usually perform 2 sets of 10-15 reps on each arm at the beginning of a total body workout. Or sometimes at the beginning of an Upper Body Workout Day, just to feel like I am getting my heart rate up and getting my arms ready to go.
