Lisa: Motivation And Results

LISA:
I have been training with my personal trainer, Andrew, for approximately 4 1/2 months. During this time I have learned more about leading a healthy lifestyle than from any other source.  Andrew has made it easy and convenient as far as changing what, when and how I eat with a simplistic meal outline. Training with Andrew is effective – full stop!  I can, very sincerely, say “he really knows his stuff” – that is just the beginning.  Andrew has proven he is incredibly knowledgeable about all things fitness; anatomy, physiology and chemistry (he’s worked with me and my “bad” knee the entire time).  He is the consummate professional with a great attitude, sense of humor, providing inspiration and most importantly has kept me motivated (even on weeks where the scales didn’t move as much as I would like!).  I could compare Andrew to the previous 3 or 4 personal trainers I’ve worked with but that wouldn’t be fair to them – he, truly, is in a league of his own!
