Intro to StickMobility class, we will be going for about 45 minutes exploring joint articulations, movement prep, strength work, mobility, and recovery movements. These drills can improve mobility, motor control, strength, durability and more. These sessions are open to anyone including golfers, runners, crossfitters, weekend warriors, yogis, office diehards, etc. Let me show how much a Stick can Help you!
